The Rules- Contest to model for
furbabiesdesigns.com is open to adults over the age of 18 in USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Sorry, no international entries
will be considered.
- Entries must be sent via email - no more than three (3) images can be submitted. Please make
sure each image is at least 800 x 600 pixels. No bigger as they have to be sized down for website use.
- By submitting
photos to the contest, you verify that you are the copyright holder for each photo submitted and have the legal authority
to assign reprint rights to furbabiesdesigns.com for the purpose of modeling for our website or catalog or any other
promotional or sales purpose.
- Please be sure to include your dog's name in the email and a little about them
(what they like to do, what their favourite dog treat and/or dog toy is, how they became a part of your family), as well as
your own name and state or province of residence.
- Judging (by furbaby@furbabiesdesigns.com) models chosen will be notified via email; All decisions are final.
- By entering, you agree
to allow furbabiesdesigns.com to display your submitted photos on the web site (http://www.furbabiesdesigns.com) for the purpose of: a) displaying your model photos in items of furbabiesdesigns ,items for sale, b) promoting all our items
this, or future photo contests and c) possible inclusion in our catalog or any blog by us or our affiliates.
If
your pet is chosen to model for our website, you will be offered discounts on all dog clothes on our website that we design
and manufacture, you will also from time to time be offered new designs free that we create in exchange for your pet modeling
the garment for us. You agree to take and send us photos of your pet in the garments. Your pet can gain experience
for future modeling jobs, you can create a portfolio for your pet in our designs and have fun too! By emailing your
photo's of your pet in our designs, you are agreeing to all above, you are giving full rights of photos to Furbabiesdesigns.com
